Polpetta. This pure mixed "Cuban sandwich" is composed of seven leftover cigars used in its other cigars produced in the NACSA factory. Polpetta is carefully made with a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. It has not been priced and has so far been a promotional item at Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust events.

The name Polpetta, meaning "Meatball" in Italian, has a special connection with Saka, who won a meatball preparation contest in 2019 and 2020.
