Rojas Cigars are created by Noel Rojas out of the Dallas / Fort Worth area of Texas. Noel Rojas worked on Cuban tobacco farms for years, studying all aspects of cigar blending and production before emigrating to Texas. Much of his influence on the cigar industry has occurred behind the scenes, though,
