Diesel - Sunday Gravy - San Marzano

The Diesel Sunday Gravy is a limited-edition, seasonal release cigar that was inspired by this time-honored home-cooking tradition. Each quarterly release features a new blend and a new size.
The Sunday Gravy is the first Diesel cigar to be offered by the Forge Cigar Company (which is part of Scandinavian Tobacco Group who also owns General Cigar Co.) The blends were developed by master cigar blender AJ Fernandez and Justin Andrews, Diesel’s Senior Brand Manager. The cigars are crafted at AJ’s Tabacalera Fernandez factory in Nicaragua.

Back in great-grandma and grandma’s day, the family matriarchs would gather on an early Sunday morning and start prepping and slow cooking the old family recipe for the “Sunday Sauce” or “Sunday Gravy.” It was a meticulous process that could not be rushed. Much like crafting a memorable cigar.
