La Instructora Perfection Petit Salomon are produced in the Dominican Republic, at Jose “Jochy” Blanco’s Tabacalera Palma factory. The name of the brand at first glance seems to be missing on the band, but by turning the cigar against the light, you can see that the name is embossed.
