In a noteworthy collaboration, renowned cigar makers A.J. Fernandez and Eladio Diaz have come together to create a new expression of the Enclave brand. The cigar, named Enclave by Eladio Diaz, began arriving at retailers shortly after its debut at the 2025 PCA trade show in New Orleans.
This release stands apart from other Fernandez blends, as it is produced not in Nicaragua but in the Dominican Republic, at Diaz’s own factory, Tabacalera Diaz Cabrera (TDC). Notably, the blend contains no Nicaraguan tobacco. Instead, it features a Corojo ’99 wrapper from Ecuador, an Ecuadorian binder, and a filler made entirely from Dominican tobaccos.
The new Enclave line offers three substantial vitolas: a Robusto (5 1/2 x 54) priced at $9, a Toro (6 x 54) for $9.50, and a Gordo (6 x 60) for $10, all presented in 20-count boxe
